About Us: ADERS is a nonprofit agency started by four individuals whose lives have been affected by autism: a mother who is a psychologist and an ADOS Certified diagnostician, a mother who is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, a sibling with a Masters of Social Work, and an Advocate who is a BCBA with a Masters of Education.
Our mission is to provide comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, resources, services and advocacy to drive treatment and intervention planning to enrich the quality of life for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders or ASD and their families across all domains: home, school, and community.

|We employ two certified diagnosticians who are able to administer ADOS evaluations. ADOS is known as "the gold standard" for diagnosing Autism Spectrum Disorders.||
We are enrolled with the State of Pennsylvania to provide the Adult Autism Waiver, Consolidated Waiver, and the Person/ Family Directed Support Waiver for behavioral and occupational services. If you have a "supports Coordinator" then you may be eligible for these services.
|Under PA Act 62, if you have an autism diagnosis then your insurance company must cover early intervention services including ABA. Our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) can help you create a behavior plan that will address problem behaviors and increase desirable behaviors. Learn more about BCBA: www.bacb.com||Are you tired of navigating state and insurance systems to get services? We offer a reasonably priced "Life Coach" service that can be used for anyone, for any reason! Siblings, parents, or other family members will benefit as we develop a set of goals and assist you in meeting them!||Meeting all of your ASD needs sounds ambitious, right? The staff at ADERS are expert at navigating state and private systems. If there is a service we don't offer, we will help you find someone that does!|
