Behavior Specialist
ADERS is currently seeking behavior specialists in Central Pennsylvania. Qualified applicants must possess a master's degree and behavior specialist license, experience with development and implementation of behavior support plans,training in ABA principles and ABA techniques, ability to pass background checks, and valid driver's license. A behavior specialist license is required.

Therapeutic Staff Support
ADERS is currently seeking a TSS who is credentialed as a Registered Behavior Technician by the BACB and is currently in good standing; or 2) holds a Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, social work, counseling, education, ABA or similar human service field; or 3) holds a Bachelor’s Degree in any other field , with at least 1 year paid work experience in a job that involved direct contact with children or adolescents; holds an Associate’s degree, or 60 credits towards a Bachelor’s Degree, with at least 3 years paid work experience in a job that involved direct contact with children or adolescents.
