ADOS CERTIFIED DIAGNOSTIC EVALUATIONS

ADOS is known as "the gold standard" in Pennsylvania for diagnosing Autism Spectrum Disorders. The ADOS is a semi-structured assessment of communication, social interaction, and play (or imaginative use of materials). It consists of four modules, each of which is appropriate for children and adults of differing developmental and language levels, ranging from nonverbal to verbally-fluent. The observation period lasts from 30-45 minutes. You can anticipate your Evaluation appointment to last in total approximately 2 hours.
